Designed around an open floor plan, the modular home leverages passive solar principles to optimize natural light and thermal comfort throughout the seasons.
As a true "Net-Zero Energy" home, the structure actually generates more energy than it consumes, saving the homeowner an estimated $4,000 annually in utility costs.
